I started my career as a real estate analyst and quickly realized the problem with this job: not only is there a steep learning curve, but no one really enjoys fixing formulas or updating pitch decks.
When I started Proptimal, initially as an agency, I saw how hard it was to hire and keep good analysts. Most required significant training, and the good ones moved on quickly, chasing more strategic work.
