Proptimal was built out of frustration — and love.

Frustration with clunky spreadsheets, costly mistakes, and having to choose between hiring expensive analysts or going it alone. Love for the craft of real estate — the joy of seeing a deal come together, of making something from nothing, and of doing things the right way.


We started Proptimal because we’ve lived both sides of the equation: as a real estate analyst buried in Excel, and as a founder trying to build something better with limited time and resources.
